Location: Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center

Start Time: Sessions begin at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, July 14.
Conference Schedule:
Registration: Located on the first floor outside the Convention Center Expo Hall
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
An email was sent Thursday 7/9 with instructions on how to download the mobile app and the QR code to print your name badge on-site
Hotel Parking Update:
We also wanted to share an updated parking map. We recently learned that the Northwest Parking Lot will be closed for resealing during the event. However, the Northeast Parking Lot (located by the Expo Hall) and the new parking garage will both be open and available for parking.
The parking garage also features a second-floor pedestrian bridge that provides direct access to the hotel lobby for added convenience.

NEW: Morning Movement: Stretch & Energize
Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00 – 7:45 am
Location: Meeting Room: Connection
This guided session includes stretching and active movements to help increase energy, improve mobility, and start your day feeling refreshed. You'll learn techniques and movement strategies you can incorporate throughout your workday to reduce tension, boost focus, and support your overall well-being. You can participate comfortably in your business casual attire, and all movements are performed standing or seated—no getting on the floor required.

Lunch Served? From 11:45am – 12:45pm on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Expo hall
