Want FREE Conference Registration*? Be a Hosted Buyer!
The Expo Floor can sometimes be overwhelming. To help make your time in the Expo Hall more efficient and valuable, LeadingAge Illinois is continuing the Hosted Buyer Program. Pre-arranged 15-minute meetings with vendors in your selected product/service categories are scheduled on your behalf during expo hours. In exchange for your commitment to meet with the vendors in your selected categories, LeadingAge Illinois will reimburse all or part of your individual conference registration fee based on the number of vendor meetings attended*.
Qualifications for Applying
- Senior Living Providers only
- Participants must be a decision maker or influencer for purchases of goods and/or services for a provider organization.
- Plan to purchase goods and/or services from the following categories listed in the application.
Terms and Conditions
- Application must be submitted to LeadingAge Illinois by February 4, 2019.
- Accepted participants must agree to attend 15-minute appointments with exhibitors during expo hours to receive reimbursement of individual registration fee.*
- More than one (1) individual per organization may apply. If two or more individuals from the same site meet with the same vendor, it counts as one meeting total with one reimbursement

- Buyers who do not meet the qualifying criteria will be given the opportunity to register as an attendee at the rate in effect at the time the hosted buyer application was received.
- Accepted participants must be available to attend vendor meetings on both Tuesday, April 2 and Wednesday, April 3, 2019, during expo hours
- LeadingAge Illinois reserves the right to limit the number of Hosted Buyer opportunities. Please answer each question as accurately as possible. LeadingAge Illinois may contact you to verify certain information is correct.
*Conference registration fee (up to $550) will be reimbursed to the hosted buyer upon post-conference verification of attendance in meetings with exhibitors. Five meetings or more is full conference fee reimbursement. Four meetings is 80% reimbursement, three meetings is 60% reimbursement, two meetings is 40% reimbursement and one meeting is 20% reimbursement. Any meetings in addition to five are outside of the requirements for the full individual fee reimbursement and are at your own discretion. Meetings are not guaranteed. By submitting an application, it does not mean you will be selected to participate.
