The hosted buyer model has become increasingly popular in the exhibition industry. LeadingAge Illinois 2019 Annual Meeting & Exhibition will introduce the Hosted Buyer Program to increase Senior Living Provider attendance, and equally important, create more value for exhibitors. Pre-arranged 15-minute meetings with qualified buyers of your product/service category are scheduled on your behalf during expo hours. Private meeting rooms are available for your scheduled meetings and you will be notified one week in advance of the conference or your appointment schedule. Cost to participate is $500/meeting.
A deposit of $500 is due at time of application. Application will be sent to you after your booth registration or email is received indicating you are interested in the program. Refunds or balances due will be charged one week prior to the event. Cards will be charged for all schedule meetings in which the hosted buyer attends including if the vendor representative is absent. Any scheduled meetings not attended by the buyer will be refunded post event.
